Shine's message is simple; God sent His Son Jesus to save the World so that WHOSOEVER believes will enjoy eternal life. WHOSEVER DOES NOT Discriminate. Shine teaches that Jesus came that we all will have life more abundantly. Shine is certain that God saves, heals, gives strength and joy, offers an abundant life, and wants us to live as victors both in this life and the life to come.

Pastor Jayeson Owen / Licensed by RPI Fellowship
Pastor Jayeson is not only a pastor of Shine Ministries but also a Teacher that works with mentally challenged adults and children with Autism. He recently became licensed by Reconciling Pentecostals International and continues to lead Shine Ministries into a culture of living a life full of SODA, which stands for Significance, Opportunity, Destiny, and Authenticity.

Pastor Michelle is not only a pastor of Shine Ministries, but she is also a Nurse in a Pediatric ER. She recently became licensed by Reconciling Pentecostals International and she continues to pray and believe in the mighty move of God in our church and in the LGBT&Q community.

The Pastors of Shine Ministries are not only affiliated with Reconciling Pentecostals International but love, support, and believe in this organization. RPI offers a lot of resources and counsel as it pertains to the needs of churches, pastors, and congregations. Randy's love for family, truth and committed ministers along with spreading the gospel is evident in his life. Pastor Randy was ordained with RPI in 2001 and served on the general board as Presiding Presbyter. He also became chairman of the credentialing committee and co-director of the RPI Education Division. During the 2009 General Conference in Indianapolis, he was elected to the office of President and Chief Presiding Presbyter which he continues to serve in today.
